目的评估ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎对少弱精子症患者精子参数的影响。方法对2010年7月至2014年7月因男性不育症在广东惠州市第二妇幼保健院就诊的130例ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎不育患者进行回顾性分析,观察综合使用喹诺酮类抗生素、a-受体阻滞剂坦索罗辛、对乙酰氨基酚、M-受体阻滞剂托特罗定、中成药前列舒通、金佛止痛丸等药物结合每周2次前列腺按摩治疗,治疗前后患者精子参数的变化情况,评估ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎对精子质量的影响。结果 130例患者经3个疗程治疗后,前列腺不适症状明显减轻,前列腺液常规检查WBC降低,慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗前患者精子浓度为(13.55±4.64)百万/m L,前向运动精子百分率(25.07±3.06)%,正常形态精子百分率(3.30±1.62)%;治疗后患者精子浓度为(13.75±3.05)百万/m L,前向运动精子百分率(25.61±2.62)%,正常形态精子百分率(3.62±1.72)%,治疗前后精子参数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎对精子参数无明显影响,在不育症的临床治疗中应寻找其他影响精子质量的原因。

The concentration of sperm before treatment was (13.55 ± 4.64) million / m L, the percentage of forward motility sperm was (25.07 ± 3.06)% and the percentage of normal morphology was 3.30 ± 1.62%, and the sperm concentration was (13.75 ± 3.05) ) Per million / m L, the percentage of forward spermatozoa (25.61 ± 2.62)% and the percentage of normal spermatozoa (3.62 ± 1.72)%. There was no significant difference in sperm parameters before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ⅲ A chronic prostatitis has no significant effect on sperm parameters, and other factors that affect the quality of sperm should be searched in the clinical treatment of infertility.
