分析气相色谱法—固相萃取技术测定人尿中毒鼠强的效果。将人尿液标本经C18小柱净化、毛细管气相色谱柱分离处理，再使用氮磷检测器进行检测。对患者4份尿液样本进行检测，检测结果显示4份样本中毒鼠强含量分别为12 ng/mL、19 ng/mL、13 ng/mL、22 ng/mL。高浓度和低浓度的回收率分别为88.7%、86.8%；天内精密度为10.7%、6.79%；天间精密度分别为2.33%、7.90。固相萃取法测定人尿中毒鼠强的效果显著，具有准确度、灵敏度高、抗干扰强的优点，可用于实验室检测人尿中毒鼠强。“,”Objective:Gas Chromatography-solid phase extraction technique in human urine tetramine effect.Methods:The human urine samples by C18 SPE column,capillary column separation,re-use of nitrogen and phosphorus detector for detection.Results:four patients urine samples for testing,test results showed that four samples tetramine contents were 12 ng/mL,19 ng/mL,13 ng/mL, 22 ng/mL.High and low concentrations of recoveries were 88.7%,86.8%;10.7% within the precision,6.79%;inter-day precisions were 2.33%,7.90.Conclusion:The solid phase extraction method for the determination of tetramine in urine Significant effect,with accuracy,high sensitivity,Strong anti-interference advantages,can be used for laboratory testing in human urine tetramine.
