当前组织知识创造在现代企业运作中的重要性正越发显著,同时复杂性理论在组织科学研究中的应用也愈加广泛。在此背景下,本文尝试将复杂适应系统(CAS)理论应用于组织知识创造的影响因素研究,认为理想的组织知识创造应该是一个复杂适应系统,继而基于系统的涌现现象动因和复杂性来源,提炼出主体适应性、主体间交互、系统开放性、标识、多样性和自组织共六点影响因素,既可以帮助我们更好地理解组织知识创造的关键动因,也可以给未来的实证分析和建模仿真研究打下基础。
The importance of current organizational knowledge creation in the operation of modern enterprises is becoming more and more significant. At the same time, the application of complexity theory in organizational scientific research is also becoming more and more widespread. Against this background, this paper tries to apply the theory of complex adaptive system (CAS) to the study of the influencing factors of organizational knowledge creation. It is believed that the ideal organizational knowledge creation should be a complex adaptive system, and then based on the emergent phenomenon motivation and complexity source of the system, To extract six influencing factors, such as main body adaptability, interaction between subjects, system openness, identity, diversity and self-organization, can not only help us better understand the key motivation of organizational knowledge creation, but also give an empirical analysis of the future Modeling and simulation to lay the foundation.
