大型桥梁的当前挠度以及其成桥后连续的挠度检测数据是对其结构安全评价的一个重要指标。因而针对石板坡长江大桥复线桥连续刚构钢混结构桥的特点,怎样用连通管式光电液位传感器测量系统实现对石桥长期可靠准确的在线监测对其安全可靠的长期运营具有重要意义。本文针对石板坡长江大桥复线桥连续刚构钢混结构桥的特点介绍了其挠度测点的布置、阐述了连通管式光电液位传感器测量系统在石桥上的工程优化设计并通过对系统实测数据的分析,表明连通管式光电液位传感器测量系统在石桥上的应用是成功的,他的成功应用对其他大型桥梁采用连同管系统实现实时的挠度测量具有借鉴意义。
The current deflection of large bridges and the continuous deflection detection data after their completion are an important index for the structural safety assessment. Therefore, according to the characteristics of the continuous rigid-frame steel structure bridge of the Shuibian Bridge in Shibanpo Yangtze River Bridge, how to realize the long-term reliable and accurate on-line monitoring of Shiqiao is of great significance to the long-term operation of the safe and reliable stone bridge by using the connected tube photoelectricity level sensor measuring system. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the continuous rigid-frame steel-concrete structure bridge of the Shuibian Bridge in Shibanpo Yangtze River Bridge, the layout of the deflection measuring points is introduced. The engineering optimization design of the connecting tube photoelectric level sensor measuring system on the stone bridge is expounded. The analysis of the data shows that the application of the connected tube photoelectric level sensor measuring system to the stone bridge is successful. His successful application is of reference for other large bridges to realize the real-time deflection measurement together with the pipe system.
