贵阳钢厂是年产优钢17万吨、钢材13.1万吨,拥有职工1万人的中型特钢企业。由于历史原因和受地理环境等不利因素的制约,该厂在产成品管理上,走过较长时间的弯路。当时,管理方式原始,货运事故频繁发生,严重影响企业的发展。通过学习、考察,该厂结合实际,应用现代化管理的基本原理,对原管理体制、方法、流程进行了变革,收到了实效。其中,应用较好的现代化管理方法,有以下几个方面:
