目的:研究健脾口服液对脾虚小鼠胃肠运动功能及胃肠激素分泌的影响,探讨健脾口服液调节胃肠运动功能的机制。方法:60只昆明种小鼠,随机分为6组即健脾口服液高、中、低剂量组、阳性药对照组、模型对照组、正常对照组,每组10只;健脾口服液高、中、低剂量组给药量分别为22.88,11.44,5.72 g·kg-1;启脾口服液为8 mL·kg-1;正常组及模型组给以等体积生理盐水,每天ig给药1次,造模14 d后开始用药,持续给药7d。观察健脾口服液对脾虚小鼠胃肠运动功能及胃泌素、血管活性肽含量的影响。结果:健脾口服液各剂量组均可不同程度的提高脾虚模型小鼠胃甲基橙残留率,降低脾虚模型小鼠小肠内容物推进率,差异有显著性意义;健脾口服液各剂量组均可不同程度的提高脾虚模型小鼠血浆中胃泌素(GAS)、降低血管活性肽(VIP)含量,差异有显著性意义。结论:健脾口服液可以改善脾虚泄泻小鼠胃排空功能和小肠推进功能,提高胃泌素和降低血管活性肽含量可能是治疗脾虚证的作用机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jianpi Oral Liquid on gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal hormone secretion in mice with spleen deficiency and to explore the mechanism of Jianpi Oral Liquid in regulating gastrointestinal motility. To observe the effects of Jianpi Oral Liquid on gastrointestinal motility, gastrin and vasoactive peptide in mice with spleen deficiency syndrome. Results: The Jianpi Oral Liquid can improve the residual rate of methyl-methyl orange in mice with spleen-deficiency and reduce the promoting rate of small intestine contents in mice with spleen-deficiency syndrome, and the difference was significant. The dosage of Jianpi Oral Liquid All of them could improve the level of plasma gastrin (GAS) and the content of vasoactive peptide (VIP) in mice with spleen deficiency to varying degrees. The difference was significant. Conclusion: Jianpi Oral Liquid can improve gastric emptying function and small intestine prolapse function in mice with spleen-deficiency diarrhea. Increasing gastrin and decreasing vasoactive peptide may be one of the mechanisms of treating spleen deficiency syndrome.
