通过车辆—道岔耦合动力学求出最不利轮轨作用力后,运用接触非线性有限元法,分析了我国客运专线到发线上采用的60 kg/m钢轨18号合金钢组合辙叉道岔联结螺栓的强度。结果表明:联结螺栓扭矩在500 N.m及以上时,螺栓的最大应力小于屈服强度940 MPa;联结螺栓扭矩在1 000 N.m及以上时,钢轨的垂向变形在2 mm以下;为保证螺栓强度和钢轨变形合理,运营中应将联结螺栓的扭矩保持在1 000 N.m及以上。
After the most unfavorable wheel-rail force was obtained through the vehicle-turnout coupling dynamics, the contact nonlinear finite element method was used to analyze the combination of the 60 kg / m rail on the departure line of the Passenger Dedicated Line Bolt strength. The results show that the maximum stress of bolt is less than 940 MPa when the torque of bolt is 500 Nm and above; the vertical deformation of rail is below 2 mm when the torque of bolt is above 1 000 Nm; The deformation is reasonable and the torque of the coupling bolts should be kept at 1 000 Nm and above during operation.
