采用体内方法观察参艺龙牡合剂对正常小鼠免疫功能及脾虚小鼠的耐疲劳和耐缺氧影响。结果表明参芪龙牡合剂能明显增加小鼠脾和胸腺重量、激活RES吞噬功能、提高血清溶血素水平，因而显著增强免疫功能，并能提高脾虚动物耐疲劳和耐缺氧能力。
In vivo methods were used to observe the effects of Shenyi Longmeng Mixture on immune function and spleen deficiency mice’s resistance to fatigue and hypoxia. The results showed that Shenqi Longkun Mixture can significantly increase the weight of spleen and thymus in mice, activate RES phagocytosis, increase serum hemolysin levels, and thus significantly enhance immune function, and can improve the ability of spleen deficiency animals to resist fatigue and hypoxia.
