目的研制医用多因子组合空气净化消毒器,观察其对室内空气净化和消毒效果。方法采用多因子组合原理设计空气净化器,并采用仪器法对其净化和消毒效果进行了观察。结果由过滤网、带光触媒高效过滤器和红外加热器等因子组成空气净化器,循环风量达1000 m3/h。在20 m3的密闭气雾室内启动该空气净化消毒器运行30 m in,对空气中人工污染的白色葡萄球菌消除率达到99.95%以上。开机消毒运行60 m in,对90 m3密闭室内空气中自然菌的消除率平均达96%以上;开机净化运行90 m in,对室内空气中颗粒物的清除率可达96.0%。结论该多因子组合空气净化消毒器对室内空气中尘埃捕集性能较好、对室内人工污染细菌和自然菌都具有较强清除效果。
Objective To develop a medical multi-factor combination air purification sterilizer to observe its indoor air purification and disinfection effect. Methods The air purifier was designed by the principle of multi-factor combination and its purification and disinfection effects were observed by instrumental method. The results from the filter, with a photocatalyst filter and infrared heater and other factors composed of air purifier, circulating air volume of 1000 m3 / h. The air purifying sterilizer was activated for 30 mins in a 20 m3 closed aerosol chamber, achieving 99.95% removal of artificially contaminated Staphylococcus aureus in the air. The sterilization operation of 60 mins, on average, achieves an average of over 96% of the natural bacteria in the 90 m3 closed indoor air. The power-on clean-up operation of 90 mins results in a 96.0% clearance of indoor airborne particles. Conclusion The multi-factor combination air purifying sterilizer has a good performance in trapping indoor air dust and has a strong removal effect on indoor artificially contaminated bacteria and natural bacteria.
