通风竖井规格的选择是采矿技术人员所关心的一个典型问题。本文叙述了混凝土或喷射混凝土支护,用普通凿井法掘进的圆形竖井的规格,作者通过向几家建井承包商函调后,获得了三种不同深度(150~300米)和六种不同直径(4.27~7.32米)的井筒掘进成本。文中提到的经济模型的主要目标是通过详细的年投资额和经营费用两者的平衡,使井筒在整个服务期内的总费用达到最小值。该经济模型与以往的分析相似,只有几个单项成本按现行规定作了处理。本文详述了不同的动力费用对竖井最佳规格的影响,包括对现行井筒掘进成本的统计分析,同时还对选择混凝土支护或喷射混凝土支护方式进行了评述。
The choice of ventilation shaft specifications is a typical concern for mining technicians. This paper describes the specification of circular shafts supported by concrete or shotcrete supported by normal drilling method. The author obtained three different depths (150 ~ 300m) and six Wells of different diameters (4.27 ~ 7.32 meters) tunneling costs. The main objective of the economic model mentioned in this paper is to minimize the total cost of the wellbore during the entire service period through a detailed balance between annual investment and operating expenses. The economic model is similar to previous analyzes, with only a few individual costs being processed in accordance with the current rules. This paper details the impact of different power costs on the optimal shaft specifications, including statistical analysis of the existing wellbore driving costs, as well as comments on the choice of concrete support or shotcrete support methods.
