在对知识转移理论、知识存量理论等相关文献梳理基础上,提出知识联盟中知识转移效率问题。引入博弈模型并提出相关假设,通过对郑州铝工业知识联盟的案例分析,构建知识转移效率作用机理模型。结果表明,知识存量与知识转移效率呈倒U型关系;知识反哺活动的加强,会促使联盟内知识存量呈不断增长趋势;同时,知识反哺在知识存量与知识转移效率的关系中发挥正向调节效应。研究结论有助于探讨知识转移效率的形成机理,增强对知识联盟运行内在规律的理解,有利于指导企业从更深层次上把握知识转移行为,具有非常重要的意义。
Based on the combing of knowledge transfer theory and knowledge stock theory, this paper puts forward the question of knowledge transfer efficiency in knowledge alliance. The game model is introduced and relevant assumptions are put forward. Through the case analysis of Zhengzhou Aluminum Industry Knowledge Alliance, a mechanism model of knowledge transfer efficiency is constructed. The results show that the stock of knowledge and the efficiency of knowledge transfer show an inverted U-shaped relationship. The strengthening of knowledge-replenishment activities will lead to a continuous increase of knowledge stock in the alliance. Meanwhile, knowledge feedback plays a positive role in the relationship between knowledge stock and knowledge transfer efficiency effect. The conclusions of the study are helpful to discuss the formation mechanism of knowledge transfer efficiency, enhance the understanding of the inherent law of knowledge alliance operation, and help to guide enterprises to grasp the knowledge transfer behavior from a deeper level, which is of great significance.
