根据铁的氧化机理对钢带退火工艺制度进行分析,针对带钢表面产生氧化等缺陷的原因和可能性,制定有效措施。选用氮基渗氢的保护气氛,并增设氮气净化装置,通过两年试生产实践制定出有效的工艺制度,解决了退火前未脱脂处理的冷轧带钢的光亮表面退火问题。本文对制定冷轧带钢生产工艺流程和现场生产的热处理技术人员有一定的参考价值。
According to the oxidation mechanism of iron, the annealing process of steel strip is analyzed, and the effective measures are put forward according to the reasons and possibilities of defects such as oxidation on the surface of steel strip. Nitrogen-based hydrogen permeable protective atmosphere was selected and nitrogen purifying device was added. Through two years trial production practice, an effective process system was worked out to solve the problem of bright surface annealing of non-defatted cold rolled strip before annealing. This article has some reference value to the development of cold-rolled strip production process and on-site production of heat treatment technicians.
