1987年,我县烤烟生产在各级党政部门和上级烟草公司的领导下,认真贯彻全国烟草会议精神,以“计划种植、主攻质量、优质适产、坚持改革、提高效益”为指导方针,在遭受历史上罕见的洪涝、大风、冰雹、低温阴雨等自然灾害情况下,经过全县干部和烟农的艰苦努力,仍取得了较好的成绩。至11月10日,已收购烤烟250万公斤,其中上等烟占总收购量的17%,中等烟占总收购量的60％,每公斤烟均价2.4元,全县涌现了一大批优质典型。在商品等级提高的基础上,内在化学成份趋于协调,受到了烟厂的好评。1987年,我们围绕提高烟叶质量,狠抓了“八个坚持”。
