两种环境制约广告的经营发展

目前,制约电视台经营发展的因素有两种:一是内部环境,二是外部环境。内部环境要求台里从上到下都必须树立以经营为中心的观念。尤其是上级主管领导,不要以为经营仅仅是广告部门的事,要让全体工作人员都认识到经营与我有关系,一荣俱荣,一损俱损。要变综合广告部门责任制为频道责任制,根据不同频道的特点制定合理的创收目标。这样既可把频道做得更专业化,又能唤起编辑、制作人员的经营意识、市场意识。使以往认为经营、创收与自己没什么关系的人,都能主动关心节目的质量与效果,主动与经营部门进行沟通.真正检验节目质量如何的标准是经济效益,节目上不去,经济效益肯定上不去。外部环境要求凡是与广告有关的职能部门能给广告业多一 At present, there are two factors restricting the operation and development of television stations: one is the internal environment and the other is the external environment.
