针对超临界萃取装置的生产流程和工作特点,结合职业类院校教学与实践的需要,利用3ds Max对设备装置实施建模,采用Quest 3D对生产工作过程进行仿真,开发出集生产操作和岗位考核两大功能为一体的仿真系统。系统完全模拟超临界萃取装置的生产操作过程,深度展现各个生产操作点的设备工作状态与变化过程。本文对仿真实施过程中的设计思想与技术方法进行了归纳和提炼,对同类工业设备的生产仿真有一定的借鉴与参考价值。
According to the production process and working characteristics of supercritical fluid extraction unit, combined with the teaching and practice needs of vocational colleges, the equipment is modeled by 3ds Max and the production process is simulated by Quest 3D to develop a set of production operations and positions Assessment of the two functions as one of the simulation system. The system completely simulates the production and operation of the supercritical extraction unit and deeply displays the working status and changes of the equipment at each production operation point. In this paper, the design ideas and technical methods in the process of simulation implementation are summarized and refined, which has certain reference and reference value for the simulation of production of similar industrial equipment.
