民以食为天,食以安为先。食品安全关系到公众健康、社会稳定和经济发展,是全球范围内的一个重大课题。当前中国的食品安全危机四伏,部分食品生产企业无视国家的法律,唯利是图,偷工减料,滥用添加剂,致使食品安全方面的重大事故屡次出现,食品质量安全越来越受到社会的广泛关注。为了了解我国目前的食品安全状况,我们以成都市郫县红光镇为例,采用文献查阅、问卷调查、走访等方法对食品卫生安全进行研究调查。
Food is food to safety first. Food safety is related to public health, social stability and economic development and is a major issue on a global scale. At present, food safety in China is in a state of crisis. Some food manufacturers have ignored state laws and mercenary plans. They have cut corners and abused additives, causing frequent accidents in food safety. Food quality and safety have drawn more and more attention from the society. In order to understand the current situation of food safety in our country, we take Hongguang Town, Juxian County, Chengdu as an example and carry out research on food hygiene and safety through literature review, questionnaire survey and interview.
