观察不同浓度铜银离子或游离氯在单项或不同组合情况下对水中大肠杆菌、大肠杆菌噬菌体f2及脊髓灰质炎I型病毒(PVI)的杀灭作用。在被微生物污染的水样中加入消毒剂作用30min,测定消毒前后的菌落数,并计算灭活率K值。结果表明,单独用铜或银离子,消毒效果较差,铜银离子协同作用也不理想;当铜银离子和游离氯协同作用时,对大肠杆菌,f2及PVI的灭活率K值分别达到6.8011,4.8064,2.6741;且铜银离子和游离氯协同作用与单独作用之间相差显著(P<0.01)。结果提示,铜银离子和游离氯协同对微生物的灭活效果非常显著。
To observe the killing effect of different concentrations of Cu-Ag ions or free chlorine on Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli phage f2 and poliomyelitis virus I (PVI) in single or different combinations. Microbial contamination of water samples by adding disinfectant role 30min, before and after disinfection of the number of colonies, and calculate the inactivation rate K value. The results showed that copper or silver ions alone had poor disinfection effect and synergistic effect of copper and silver ions was not ideal. When Cu and Ag ions and free chlorine were synergistic, the inactivation rate of Escherichia coli, f2 and PVI reached respectively 6.8011,4.8064,2.6741; and there was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the synergistic effect of Cu-Ag ions and free chlorine. The results suggest that the synergistic effect of copper silver ions and free chlorine on the inactivation of microorganisms is very significant.
