目的探讨孤立性心房纤颤对心脏结构影响。方法 2008年1月至2010年1月诊治的符合入选标准的孤立性心房纤颤患者108例,经过彩超检查,对左室质量指数、左室后壁厚、左室室间隔、IVST/PWT、左房长径、左房前后径、左室舒张末期内径进行统计。结果左室质量指数g/m2(LVMI)(112.45±43.71)g/m2。左房长径(44.63±6.91)mm、左房前后径(35.21±6.80)mm。结论孤立性房颤左房扩大是判断房颤预后的重要指标,心房扩大、左室肥厚与心房纤颤的发生、发展相关。积极采取措施,及时发现、避免及减少引起心房扩大的因素,如转复窦律、控制心室率、保护心功能对于减少房颤及相关并发症的发生具有重大意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of isolated atrial fibrillation on cardiac structure. Methods A total of 108 patients with isolated atrial fibrillation who met the inclusion criteria from January 2008 to January 2010 were examined by color Doppler ultrasound. The changes of left ventricular mass index, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, left ventricular septum, IVST / PWT, Left atrial diameter, left atrial diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter statistics. Results Left ventricular mass index g / m2 (LVMI) (112.45 ± 43.71) g / m2. Left atrium long diameter (44.63 ± 6.91) mm, left anterior chamber diameter (35.21 ± 6.80) mm. Conclusions The atrial enlargement of isolated atrial fibrillation is an important index to judge the prognosis of atrial fibrillation. The atrial enlargement and left ventricular hypertrophy are associated with the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation. Actively take measures to detect, to avoid and reduce the cause of atrial expansion in time, such as the transfer of sinus rhythm, control of ventricular rate, cardiac function to reduce the occurrence of atrial fibrillation and related complications of great significance.
