我国新课标中明确指出,要以学生为主体的教学模式,老师在教学期间起到引导作用,让学生能够对所学科目具有一定的学习兴趣,从而可以主动学习,最终达成社会所需求的综合型人才。根据这一指导思想,在初中数学教学中采用分层教学模式进行教学,可以取得良好教学效果,笔者根据近年来的教学经验,对在初中数学教学中如何有效开展分层教学模式进行研究、探讨。
