[目的]了解掌握河南省驻马店市市区内食品卫生质量状况,以加强食品卫生管理。[方法]对全市区7大类食品进行了随机抽样检测,检验方法按《食品卫生微生物检验》,采用计数法,发酵法,增菌、分离法。[结果]食品卫生7大类食品检测的总合格率为91.15%,2003~2007各年合格率依次为86.38%、88.21%、90.17%、94.22%、96.31%。[结论]食品卫生合格率呈逐年上升趋势,人们的卫生观念不断加强。
[Objective] To understand the status of food hygiene in the urban area of Zhumadian City in Henan Province so as to strengthen the food hygiene management. [Method] Seven kinds of foodstuffs in the whole city were randomly sampled and tested. According to “Food Hygiene Microbiological Test”, the methods of counting, fermentation, enrichment and separation were adopted. [Results] The total qualified rate of foodstuffs testing in food hygiene category was 91.15%. The passing rates in 2003-2007 were 86.38%, 88.21%, 90.17%, 94.22% and 96.31% respectively from 2003 to 2007. [Conclusion] The passing rate of food hygiene showed a rising trend year by year, people’s health concept has been continuously strengthened.
