目的探讨恶性肿瘤并发带状疱疹的临床特点,观察疗效,探讨恶性肿瘤与带状疱疹的关系。方法回顾性分析10例恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹患者的临床特点、治疗方法及疗效,做分析研究。

目的探讨恶性肿瘤并发带状疱疹的临床特点,观察疗效,探讨恶性肿瘤与带状疱疹的关系。方法回顾性分析10例恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹患者的临床特点、治疗方法及疗效,做分析研究。结果治疗10～14 d后,大部分患者皮损消退,疼痛减轻,总显效率90%。结论恶性肿瘤较容易合并带状疱疹,积极治疗带状疱疹,能减轻患者痛苦,缩短病程。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of malignant tumor complicated with shingles and to observe the curative effect and to explore the relationship between malignant tumors and shingles. Methods The clinical features, treatment and efficacy of 10 patients with malignant tumor complicated with shingles were retrospectively analyzed. Results After 10 to 14 days of treatment, the lesions of most patients subsided and the pain was relieved. The total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion Malignant tumors are more likely to be associated with herpes zoster, active treatment of shingles, can reduce pain and shorten the course of the disease.
