目的建立宁嗽露糖浆的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对盐酸麻黄碱、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对盐酸麻黄碱进行含量测定,采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(7∶93),检测波长为207 nm。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。含量测定中盐酸麻黄碱在0.2μg～10μg的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99999,n=8),平均回收率为97.7%(RSD为1.3%,n=9)。结论建立的方法简便、准确,专属性强、重复性好,可作为宁嗽露糖浆的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a quality control method for Ningde dew syrup. Methods TLC and HPLC were used to identify ephedrine hydrochloride and licorice root. The content of ephedrine hydrochloride was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (7:93), the detection wavelength Is 207 nm. Results TLC spots clear, negative non-interference. The content of ephedrine hydrochloride in the range of 0.2μg ~ 10μg linear (r = 0.99999, n = 8), the average recovery was 97.7% (RSD 1.3%, n = 9). Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate, specific and reproducible, which can be used as the quality control standard of Ningde Lotion Syrup.
