本文采用Fact Sage热力学软件模拟计算了不同MgO/Al_2O_3比的铁矿粉烧结过程液相生成行为,并且通过试验研究了MgO/Al_2O_3比对含高岭土型和三水铝石型Al_2O_3混合料液相生成特征温度的影响规律。结果表明:烧结液相量随温度升高而增多;MgO/Al_2O_3比从0.5增大到1.8,烧结混合料有效液相开始生成温度降低,有效液相生成终止温度略有升高,完全熔化温度区间增加;适宜的MgO/Al_2O_3比,有利于提高烧结液相生成量。
In this paper, Fact Sage thermodynamic software was used to simulate the liquid phase formation behavior of iron ore powders with different MgO / Al_2O_3 ratios.
