目前,国内外磷矿极少应用光电分选机选矿。我院于1983年用光电分选机选别胶磷矿块矿,对开阳磷矿、宜昌磷矿作了初步探索试验,都取得了较为令人满意的结果。现将开阳磷矿的光电选矿试验作一介绍。 (一)试验设备 试验所用321M和1011M型光电分选机是由英国引进的,均系六十年代产品。它的原理是利用矿物和脉石表面对普通光源漫反射的差异进行分选的。该机由四部分组成。给矿系统要求入选物料呈单行排列,给矿速度4米/秒;检测系统是利用普通灯光源、背景板,通过光电管进行工作,系单点固定检
