校长成为教育家,既是教育发展的需要,也是校长成长的要求。做事务型校长,貌似忙碌,但却于教育改革创新没有什么好处;做行政型校长,形似领导,却神游教育规律之外,到头来,误了教育、误了学校、误了一代青少年。为此,我们倡导校长们探讨、追求成为教育家的践行路径与目标。例如本期刊发的王月玲校长的文章就属于此类。王月玲曾被授予多项国家级、省级荣誉称号,被确定为山东省名校长,她的思考与探索有一定现实意义。我们希望看到更多校长在这一方面的讨论、交流,让更多校长行走在追寻教育家的路上。

To this end, we advocate principals to explore and pursue the path and goal of becoming an educator. For example, the article published by the headmaster Wang Yueling in this issue belongs to this category. Wang Yueling has been awarded a number of national and provincial honorary titles, was identified as the headmaster of Shandong Province, her thinking and exploration have some realistic significance. We hope to see more principals discussing and exchanging views in this area so that more principals will walk along the path of pursuing educators.
