在与时俱进的科学发展观思潮洪流中,许多进步的数学教育价值观涌现出来,并导引出了数学教育的新一轮改革,素质教育改革成了数学教育工作者在目前教育工作中的中心话题。伴随着新课程的实施,数学教育中许多方面的工作都要做重新的调整,这也为数学教育研究提供了崭新的空间。时至今日,海量的数学习题其实并不能很好地促进数学教育工作,只有那些规范的、科学的、创新的和有教育意义的数学习题才能给予教师以很好的营养。以小学低年级的练习题为研究对象,对小学低年级数学练习题的设计与生成原则进行归纳总结,以期为日后教研、教学活动提供帮助。
