企业在参与市场活动中所采取的竞争战略大体上可分为三种,即低成本战略、差异化战略和集中型战略。从我国目前的情况看,许多企业参与市场竞争的过程中,大多采用低成本战略,由此导致了全面、残酷的“价格战”,值得人们深入地思考。我国经济发展的特点及企业生产经营的个体情况,都对“价格战”有客观的要求,但企业要在满足消费者需求的基础上来求生存与发展,打“价格战”并不是一条好的出路。
The competitive strategies adopted by enterprises in participating in market activities can be roughly classified into three types: low-cost strategy, differentiated strategy and centralized strategy. Judging from the current situation in our country, most enterprises adopt the low-cost strategy in their market competition, which leads to a comprehensive and brutal “price war” that deserves people’s deep consideration.
