试验选用8份遗传差异较大的甜玉米自交系做杂交亲本,按Grifing方法Ⅰ遗传交配设计配制组合,研究甜玉米青穗产量性状的配合力效应。结果表明:甜玉米的青穗产量性状既受加性基因控制,又受非加性基因控制,有的还受细胞质基因的影响。特殊配合力的高低和双亲一般配合力有相互一致的趋势,但并不完全相同。此外,正确选用父、母本,可以提高甜玉米新品种的选育效果。
Eight hybrid sweet-corn inbred lines with large genetic differences were used as parents to study the combining ability of sweet-white spike yield traits according to Grifing method Ⅰ. The results showed that the characters of panicle growth of sweet corn were controlled by additive genes and non-additive genes, and some were affected by cytoplasmic genes. The level of special combining ability and the general combining ability of parents have the same trend, but not completely the same. In addition, the correct choice of parent and female parent, can improve the breeding effect of new sweet corn varieties.
