OBJECTIVE: To explore the optimal conditions for the injection of saline, injection volume and epinephrine injection in rabbits with experimental pulmonary edema model replication to clarify their roles in pulmonary edema formation. Methods: Three groups were designed for each variable. Nine experimental groups were obtained according to orthogonal design table L934. After anesthesia, intubation, saline injection and epinephrine injection, the mean arterial pressure, respiration, heart rate And lung coefficient changes and wet rales appear time. Results: The rabbits in the experimental group all developed pulmonary edema to varying degrees. In the experiment, the mean arterial pressure increased firstly and then decreased, and the heart rate slowed down and the respiratory depression was inhibited. When the wet rales were infused with normal saline 75 ml / kg and the infusion rate 100 drops / min and injection of 0.45mg / kg epinephrine experimental group appeared the fastest, and the other groups were significantly different (P <0.05); wet rales in saline 50ml / kg, 10 drops / min infusion rate and adrenaline 0.15mg / kg injection was the slowest, and significant difference with other groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: To master the optimal conditions of saline injection, injection rate and epinephrine injection is the prerequisite to ensure the successful replication of acute pulmonary edema in rabbits. Injecting normal saline at a rate of 75 ml / kg and 100 drops / min, the best effect was obtained when injecting 0.45 mg / kg epinephrine into experimental pulmonary edema in rabbits.
