针对阀体零件的结构特点,分析了其挤压成形工艺,提出了一套复合挤压成形的工艺方案,并利用数值模拟软件,分析了金属成形时的流动规律,同时分析了成形时的压力行程曲线,从而保证了挤压件的质量,并以此为依据,利用SolidWorks三维软件设计了一套复合挤压模具。
According to the structural characteristics of the valve body parts, the extrusion process was analyzed and a set of composite extrusion process scheme was put forward. The numerical simulation software was used to analyze the flow rule during the metal forming process.
