采用图解法分析计算了电液动颚式闸门翻转系统中油缸的伸长量和齿轮翻转板旋转角度之间的变化,以及相应的运动和受力变化。采用MATLAB软件进行了仿真计算,结果表明,油缸在翻转中所受拉力逐渐减小,铰链受力值随翻转角度的变大而增大,油缸活塞的伸长量也可以相应地准确计算。该设计方法是有效的,可以指导类似翻转系统的受力分析。
The change of the cylinder elongation and the rotation angle of the gear inversion plate in the electro-hydraulic jaw translation system was calculated by the graphic method, and the corresponding changes in the movement and force were also calculated. The simulation results using MATLAB software show that the pulling force of the cylinder decreases gradually and the force value of the hinge increases with the turning angle. The elongation of cylinder piston can also be calculated accurately. This design method is effective and can guide the force analysis of a similar flip system.
