为了测定高炉喷吹煤扮的物理性能,以满足煤种选择、煤粉制备和喷吹系统设计的需要以及为生产控制提供必要的参考数据,我院经过几年的科研工作,研制与选用了六种物理性能的检验装置和方法,即;①煤的可磨性的测定;②煤的爆炸性的测定;③煤的着火点的测定;④煤的灰熔点的测定;⑤煤的比表面积的测定;⑥煤的比重、堆比重的测定。初步形成了一套系统的检验技术。其中煤的爆炸性测定和煤的着火点测定的装置系我院改进和研制成功的。
