汽车连杆楔横轧制坯过程中,在连杆毛坯大头外端部位容易出现堆料缺陷。借助DEFORM-3D有限元软件对某汽车连杆毛坯成形过程进行仿真模拟,分析了其成形过程中产生堆料的原因,提出了一种消除堆料的方法。研究结果表明:产生堆料的主要原因是金属流动受阻,通过优化堆料处斜楔斜面的摩擦因子和成型角,堆料问题可以得到有效解决。实际生产试验验证了该方法和数值模拟的可靠性。本研究可为解决楔横轧成形工艺中锻件堆料问题提供相关理论依据。
Car connecting rod cross wedge rolling process, the bulk ends of the rod blank prone to stockpile defects. The finite element software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the forming process of a connecting rod blank of a car. The reason of the pile forming in the forming process was analyzed. A method to eliminate the pile material was proposed. The results show that the main reason for the pile is that the flow of the metal is hindered. By optimizing the friction factor and the forming angle of the slant in the pile, the stacking problem can be effectively solved. The actual production test verifies the reliability of the method and numerical simulation. This study can provide theoretical basis for solving the problem of heap forging in cross-wedge rolling process.
