台湾葡萄栽培面积已超过5000公顷,生产量相当大,但美中不足的是无论鲜果外销或葡萄汁,葡萄酒加工,其产品品质均未达到应有的水平。因此,台湾研究者除努力培育优良品种外,还从施肥管理方面进行探讨,以提高葡萄品质。为使葡萄合理用肥,他们认真学习总结、移植应用西方国家的科学施肥经验,采用了葡萄叶柄营养诊断和土壤养分测定相结合的方法,探讨指导合理施肥的依据。经过六年的实地试验、观察、分析比较,证实了移植来的方法也适用于台湾,
Taiwan’s grape cultivation area has more than 5000 hectares, a considerable amount of production, but the fly in the ointment is whether the export of fresh fruit or grape juice, wine processing, the quality of their products did not meet their expectations.
