采用粉末冶金法制备了AZ91镁合金,研究了烧结温度对该合金密度、硬度和抗拉强度的影响,通过扫描电镜和能谱仪对试样进行显微组织观察和分析。研究发现,真空热压烧结条件下,AZ91镁合金的最佳烧结温度为550℃,此时材料的致密度可达98.3%;烧结合金组织主要由α-Mg固溶体和β-Mg17Al12相两相组成;在550℃烧结下,烧结过程以体积扩散为主,其中β-Mg17Al12相产生较多,弥散分布在晶界上,起到了较好的第二相强化效果。
The AZ91 magnesium alloy was prepared by powder metallurgy. The effects of sintering temperature on the density, hardness and tensile strength of the alloy were studied. The microstructure of the sample was observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that the optimum sintering temperature of AZ91 magnesium alloy is 550 ℃ under vacuum hot-pressing sintering conditions, and the density of the material reaches 98.3%. The sintered alloy microstructure consists of two phases, α-Mg solid solution and β-Mg17Al12 phase At 550 ℃ sintering, the volume diffusion was the main sintering process. Among them, the β-Mg17Al12 phase was more dispersed and distributed on the grain boundary, which played a good second phase strengthening effect.
