在预应力锚索施工中,常常会遇到软弱地层锚固力不足、应急抢险工程无法快速施加预应力和残坡积、泥岩、泥灰岩、炭质泥岩、页岩等软弱地层及其含水软弱层等钻孔成孔困难等诸多问题。该文以国家重点公路杭州至兰州高速公路项目某段为依托,提出了预应力锚索施工的二次劈裂注浆工艺、型钢混凝土锚墩工艺和螺旋钻杆工艺3种创新工艺,创新工艺可提高软弱地层预应力锚索的锚固力、实现应急抢险工程预应力锚索快速施加预应力的目的和成功解决残坡积、泥岩、泥灰岩、炭质泥岩、页岩等软弱地层及其含水软弱层等钻孔成孔困难的问题。3种创新工艺均在实际项目上进行了对比试验,实践证明是非常有效的。
