街头食品,即商贩在街头、市场或公共场所加工出售的直接入口食品。常见的有方便食品,风味小吃等。由于经营场所的限制,这类食品在制做,销售过程中缺少必要的卫生防护,因此卫生质量比较低劣。又因摊点分布广、多在早晚经营,食品来源复杂及从业人员素质较低等因素,监督部门对街头食品的管理,多年来少有突破,是食品卫生监督工作中的一个老大难问题。近年来,我们从实际出发,本着即从严管理,又积极引导的原则,对街头食品进行规范化管理,收到了一定的成效。1 对街头食品管理的几项基本措施几年来,我们密切地与工商、城管、公安、环保等部
Street food, which is processed directly by vendors for sale on the street, in the market or in public places. Common are convenience foods, snacks and so on. Due to the restriction of the business premises, such foods lack the necessary sanitation protection in the process of manufacture and sale, so the hygienic quality is rather poor. Due to the wide distribution of stalls, more operation in the morning and evening, the complicated sources of food and the low quality of employees, the supervisory department has made little breakthrough in the management of street food over the years. This is a long-standing problem in food hygiene supervision.
