三带喙库蚊对5株乙脑病毒的感染阈均较低,淡色库蚊仅对其中1株的感染阈较低。三带喙库蚊经口感染后,病毒首先在神经结、卵巢检出,随后是中肠和唾液腺,体内卵病毒阴性。减毒株对三带喙库蚊胸腔感染力显著降低,唾液腺阴性。中华按蚊对乙脑病毒不敏感,胸注后唾液腺阴性。文中讨论了本结果在乙脑生态学和活疫苗安全性方面的意义。
The infection thresholds of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to 5 JE viruses were all lower, and Culex pipiens pallens had only a lower infection threshold to only 1 of them. Three Culex tritaeniorhynchus after oral infection, the virus first in the neural node, ovarian detected, followed by the midgut and salivary glands, egg-negative in vivo. The virulence of attenuated strains of Culex tritaeniorhynchus decreased significantly in the thorax, and salivary glands were negative. Anopheles sinensis is not sensitive to Japanese encephalitis, salivary gland negative after chest injection. The paper discusses the significance of this result in JE ecology and the safety of live vaccines.
