通过强度试验、抗磨性试验和弯曲韧性试验,研究了聚丙烯纤维网对混凝土桥面铺装层性能的改性效果,并通过扫描电镜照片对改性混凝土的强度形成及微观结构进行了全面分析。试验分析表明,聚丙烯纤维网对提高混凝土桥面抗折强度、粘结强度、抗磨性、弯曲韧性以及微观结构的改善均有显著作用,并可降低压折比,改善渗透性和收缩性能。
Through the strength test, abrasion resistance test and flexural toughness test, the effect of polypropylene fiber mesh on the performance of concrete bridge deck pavement was studied. The strength and microstructure of modified concrete were comprehensively studied by scanning electron microscope analysis. Experimental analysis shows that polypropylene fiber mesh has a significant effect on improving the flexural strength, bond strength, abrasion resistance, flexural toughness and microstructure of concrete bridge deck, and can reduce the compression ratio and improve the permeability and shrinkage .
