目的:探讨结直肠癌患者癌组织、结直肠腺瘤组织及结直肠癌旁正常组织中人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白表达的临床意义及相关性。方法选择2013年5月至2014年7月忻州市人民医院收治的结直肠癌患者65例,采用免疫组化法检测其结直肠癌组织中HER-2、VEGF蛋白的表达情况,并以15例结肠腺瘤与65例癌旁正常组织做对照。观察HER-2及VEGF在结直肠癌中的表达及相关性。结果 HER-2蛋白在结直肠癌组织、腺瘤组织、癌旁正常组织中的表达率分别为31%(20/65)、5%(1/18)、0(0/65);VEGF蛋白在结直肠癌、组织腺瘤组织、癌旁正常组织中的表达率分别为84%(55/65)、67%(12/18)、20%(13/65);用Spearman相关分析得出HER-2与VEGF两者表达无相关性(P<0.05)。结论 HER-2蛋白与VEGF蛋白参与了结直肠癌的发生发展过程,HER-2蛋白与VEGF蛋白的表达与直结肠癌的分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度有关。HER-2蛋白与VEGF蛋白在结直肠癌组织中无相关性,但两者在肿瘤细胞的增殖中都有重要作用,都与结直肠癌恶性程度密切相关。因此联合检测HER-2与VEGF也具有一定临床意义,可作为判断筛选高危人群的参考指标,为结直肠癌的靶向治疗提供一定依据。“,”ObjectiveTo investigate the patients with colorectal cancer. No correlation between HER-2 protein and VEGF protein in colorectal cancer tissue, but both have an important role in the proliferation of tumor cells in. Are closely related with the malignant degree of colorectal cancer. It also has a certain clinical significance of combined detection of HER-2 and VEGF. Could be used as the screening of high-risk population of reference, and provide experimental basis for developing colorectal cancer targeted therapy.
