自今年10月以来,全国不少地方在“一城一策”政策框架内出台或升级调控政策,引导楼市平稳健康发展。本轮房地产市场调控与以往最大的不同是持续地打补丁、加压力、叠加最严格的执行力度,所以政策效果十分明显,市场降温趋势持续。当前,在调控力度逐步加大的同时,需要密切注意两方面的情况:一是继续警惕一二线城市的楼市资产泡沫,这是当前调控房地产市场的重点;二是要高度关注经济稳增长,当宏观经济转换增长动力尚需时日
Since October this year, many parts of the country have promulgated or upgraded regulatory policies within the framework of the “one city, one policy” policy to guide the steady and healthy development of the property market.
