目的　观察双环铂对肿瘤细胞增殖的影响,并对其作用方式做初步分析。方法　利用MTT法检测细胞增殖抑制率;流式细胞仪和DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测细胞凋亡。结果　双环铂可抑制NCI -H4 4 6肺癌细胞增殖,流式细胞仪可检测出二倍体峰,DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳可检测出DNA阶梯状条带。结论　双环铂对肿瘤细胞有增殖抑制作用,并可诱导其发生凋亡。 Objective To observe the effect of Bcl-2 on the proliferation of tumor cells and to make a preliminary analysis of the mode of action. Methods The inhibitory rate of cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay. Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry and DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. Results Bicycloplatin could inhibit the proliferation of NCI -H4 4 6 lung cancer cells. The diploid peak was detected by flow cytometry. The DNA ladder could be detected by DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. Conclusion Bicycloplatin inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells and induces its apoptosis.
