1981年我矿新建一竖井,在掘进过程中,使用了带负压罐的竖井掘进排水泵,较当前专用于竖井掘进排水的吊泵具有更多的优点。1982年我矿又有一旧竖井延深,掘进排水也采用了这种泵,经多次考验,工作可靠,操作方便,深受工人欢迎,可作为竖井掘进的一种良好排水泵。现将其构造和工作原理介绍如下:图1所示是以负压吸水罐3为机座,水泵1和电机2即安装在其上。水泵视需要的流量和扬程选用一般的清水泵即可。井上有一台专用的绞车用一根下垂的钢丝绳6吊着这台水泵,可随竖井的延深或放炮的需要而下降或上升。排水管有一段是软管,以利于泵的升
In 1981, when I built a new shaft in the mine, the use of a shaft excavation drainage pump with a negative pressure tank during excavation provided more advantages than the current one dedicated to tunnel excavation and drainage. In 1982, there was another deep shaft in the mine. The pump was also used for drainage. After many tests, it was reliable and easy to operate. It was welcomed by workers and could be used as a good drainage pump for shaft excavation.
