(一)衬套断裂的原因及其检修方法φ1200、φ1650、φ2100、φ2200毫米圆锥破碎机都选用青铜作衬套。以φ1650毫米圆锥破碎机为例,衬套与偏心轴套沿轴向接触的长度只有250～300毫米,接触部分磨损严重,下部磨损较轻。这是衬套上部单位面积所受的压力太大的缘故。其次,衬套与机座中心孔大都浇注锌合金,固定性能差,衬套易松动,也是其断裂的原因。
