初步探索了在PP PA6挤出共混过程中加入聚氨脂预聚物 ,通过就地形成CTC -IPN实现增容 .研究结果表明 ,聚氨酯预聚物可以改善PP PA6共混体系的相容性 ,使PA6分散度增加 ,提高了共混物的力学性能 .聚氨酯预聚物在增容的同时 ,又可作为弹性体增韧 ,使共混物的冲击强度大幅度增加 .聚氨酯预聚物增容PP PA6共混物时 ,预聚物的用量不宜过大且受预聚物结构的影响 .
