随着十二五计划的完美收官,我国经济建设发展更为迅猛。这个大跨步时代的环境下,如何促进党建工作有效融入到现代化企业管理中,成为了我们现代企业管理需要探讨的课题之一。如今,党建工作在企业中发挥的作用越发明显,他们在市场经济结构不断延续发展、深化的同时,党建工作与企业管理必须与时俱进实现转型发展,从而来追赶上时代大跨步的步伐。这就要求我国现代化企业必须按照企业的自身实际发展情况,酌情加强、创新党组织建设。本文通过结合新时代的新特点条件下,首先对党建工作现状进行简单讲述与剖析,然后通过实践所掌握的一些情况,就如何将党建工作融入到企业管理发展中去进行分析概述,希望本文能够对新时期的企业党建工作的顺利开展提供理论依据和辅助支持。
