随着体制改革不断深入,利益格局不断调整,分配制度日益多元化,国有企业面临着诸多不和谐、不稳定因素。如何引导职工理性表达利益诉求,及时化解矛盾,维护职工利益,促进企业发展,是摆在工会工作者面前的一大课题。本文就职工利益诉求表达中存在的问题、引起矛盾的原因等进行初步的分析和探讨。职工非理性表达利益诉求的现象及后果
With the continuous deepening of system reform, continuous adjustment of the pattern of interests and the increasingly diversified distribution system, state-owned enterprises are facing many factors of discord and instability. How to guide staff to rationally express their interest demands, promptly resolve conflicts, safeguard employees’ interests and promote the development of enterprises is a major issue facing trade union workers. This article carries on the preliminary analysis and discussion on the existing problems in the expression of interest demands of the employees and the causes of the conflicts.
