目的:总结青春期多囊卵巢综合征的诊断和治疗经验,从而归纳出对PCOS的有效的诊断和治疗措施。方法:通过回顾性分析我科在2011年3月～2012年10月收治的90例多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床诊断和治疗经验,将其随机均分为2组即实验组和对照组,每组45例患者,实验组患者给予其口服妈富隆和二甲双胍,对照组只口服妈富隆,观察2组患者的疗效。结果:对照组中45例PCOS患者中有28例月经恢复正常,7例月经有好转,10例仍未治疗前状态月经稀发,其总有效率为77.78%。实验组45例患者中有40例月经恢复正常,5例月经有好转,其总有效率为100%。结论:通过对实验组和对照组2组的疗效进行分析可知,对于PCOS患者给予其联合应用妈富隆和二甲双胍的疗效明显高于单独应用妈富隆的疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome, and to summarize the effective diagnosis and treatment of PCOS. Methods: The clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of 90 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were treated in our department from March 2011 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group. Each group of 45 patients, the experimental group was given oral Marfone and metformin, the control group only oral Marvelon, the efficacy of two groups were observed. Results: Of the 45 PCOS patients in the control group, 28 cases returned to normal menstruation, 7 menstruation improved, and 10 cases were still without hair loss before treatment. The total effective rate was 77.78%. Forty of the 45 patients in the experimental group returned to normal menstruation, and 5 had amenorrhea. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: The curative effect of two groups in experimental group and control group shows that the curative effect of combination of Marvelon and metformin on patients with PCOS is obviously higher than that of Marvelon alone.
