中小型民营企业是我国国民经济中最活跃的成分,在经济发展中发挥着重要的作用。然而随着社会经济的日益增长和市场竞争的日趋剧烈,中小企业面临着人才的竞争和挑战,人才流失已成为我国中小企业的难题。因此,如何盘活人力资源,防范人才流失的风险,留住人才成为本文研究的意义和目的所在。
Small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises are the most active components of our national economy and play an important role in economic development. However, with the increasing social economy and increasingly fierce market competition, SMEs are faced with the competition and challenges of talents, and the brain drain has become a problem for SMEs in our country. Therefore, how to make the best use of human resources, guard against the risk of brain drain, and retain talents have become the significance and purpose of this study.
