本文的目的在于获得含有(±45°)和(0/90°)铺层的平面编织复合材料弹性模量和破坏强度的预测方法。分别取(±45°)和(0/90°)两种铺层方向的试样做拉伸试验,获得这两种铺层方向的弹性模量、破坏强度和最大应变等力学性能数据。利用本文提供的公式获得不同铺层比例的层合板的弹性模量和破坏强度。该结果与试验结果、层合板理论计算结果进行了对比,都比较吻合。与经典层合板理论计算结果相比,该方法需要输入的数据少,方法简单,考虑到实际工艺情况,可以代替经典的层合板理论应用到初步设计中。
The purpose of this paper is to obtain a predictive method for the modulus of elasticity and failure strength of a planar braided composites containing (± 45 °) and (0/90 °) plies. Tensile tests were performed on specimens of (± 45 °) and (0/90 °) respectively, and mechanical properties such as elastic modulus, breaking strength and maximum strain of the two plies were obtained. Using the formulas provided in this paper, the elastic modulus and breaking strength of laminates with different lay-up ratios were obtained. The results are in good agreement with the experimental results and theoretical calculation results of laminates. Compared with the theoretical calculation results of classical laminates, this method requires less input data and simple method. It can replace the classical theory of laminates and apply to the preliminary design considering the actual process.
